Intlagents was founded in 2020 by Cal Edel when he noticed a need for a better way to get in shape for people over the age of 40. He started out building his own workouts and challenging his friends to fitness challenges. As the weather turned colder, as it does in Winnipeg Manitoba, he was in search of a home workout program or product that would keep him engaged and something he could challenge his friends too. In this pursuit, he spend thousands of dollars trying out different programs and couldn't find a perfect fit. He decided to share his reviews of all the products he tried and added them to the Intlagents YouTube channel in hopes to point people in the right direction. In the process he began to develop his own workout program that we could do inside,  year round, on the road, affordable and doesn't require any expensive equipment. After that Intlagents Elite 12 was born
